Earlier this year, our colleague Marek Doubrava had the incredible opportunity to spend a week at Politecnico di Milano as part of the Erasmus+ and Vysoké učení technické v Brně (BUT) staff mobility program. Under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Sara Bagherifard at Archès Lab, Marek gained valuable insights into leading teams of young students and effectively managing international projects.

This experience provided him with a fresh perspective on teamwork, leadership, and fostering international collaboration. Marek is excited to apply these insights to his future work and projects.
