Every summer, our institute participates in the FSI Summer with Technology event!

We would like to invite you to the Summer School of Materials Science: JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OF MATERIALS, which takes place regularly at the end of August.

The summer school is intended for students of grammar schools and technical secondary schools. You can look forward to interesting lectures, as well as visits to laboratories and the opportunity to experience first-hand what it means to be a materials scientist.

During the summer school, you will discover new technologies firsthand, explore the hidden structures of materials and their mechanical properties, and compete in the process. The winner will receive a prize. We will also explore the behind-the-scenes production of electron microscopes in Brno. Join us and be part of our team.
