Thanks to the many years of experience of its experts, IMSE (Institute of Materials Science and Engineering) offers commercial and non-commercial entities cooperation in identifying the causes of operational failures or accidents (failure analysis) in colaboration with the Czech Police or as experts for the courts of the Czech Republic. At the same time, we can also offer assistance in optimizing production processes, with a particular focus on metallic materials and their alloys. An integral part of the Institute's activities is the implementation of projects financed from commercial sources. Among the most significant are a project for ESA (cooperation between IMSE and Institute of Machine and Industrial Design, Institute of Aerospace Engineering and Institute of Solid Mechanics, Mechatronics and Biomechanics) and a multinational project in cooperation with Honeywell.
