A scientific paper based on the Ph.D. thesis of our student Ing. M. Heczko, titled „Shear Deformation of Nonmodulated Ni2MnGa Martensite: An Ab Initio Study“ has been selected as an  Editor’s Choice for 2024 in the journal Shape Memory and Superelasticity.

Earlier this year, our colleague Marek Doubrava had the incredible opportunity to spend a week at Politecnico di Milano as part of the Erasmus+ and Vysoké učení technické v Brně (BUT) staff mobility program.
